For example, if you are brainstorming to create a new product, participants can start by drawing the central idea of the product in the center of the mind map. Then, they can add branches that represent key features of the product , such as its design, functionality, costs, target market , etc. As ideas are added, branches can be connected to show how they are related to each other. This helps generate new ideas and identify opportunities to improve the product. SCAMPER: This technique is used to stimulate creativity by identifying ways to modify an existing product or process.
SCAMPER is an acronym for Substitute, Combine, Add, Modify, Delete and Rearrange.existing products or processes. Each phase is defined like this: Replace: Consider what would happen if you replaced one element or feature of the solution with another. Example: instead of using wheat flour to make Phone Number Data bread, you could substitute oat flour. Combine: Think about how you could combine two or more elements or characteristics to create something new. Example: combining a chair with a bicycle to create a hybrid vehicle. Modify: Think about how a solution could be modified to improve it or increase its impact. Example: modify a plastic bag to make it biodegradable.

Propose another use – Consider how a solution could be used for a purpose other than the original one. Example: using glass containers to create a lamp. Eliminate: Determine what could be removed or reduced from the original solution to simplify or improve it. Example: removing unnecessary buttons from an electronic device to simplify its use. Reverse Effectively: Evaluate how a solution could be reversed or reorganized to make it more effective or efficient. Example: reversing the production process to make it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
