Southeast Asian insurance companies are using artificial intelligence to unlock new opportunities

Sales leaders are also working to retrain existing sales reps to succeed in a remote sales environment. They use sales automation to better understand remote selling.
At the same time, the sales operations role is undergoing a strategic shift to provide more support for sales leaders eager to optimize their sales processes.
1. Turn insights into closed deals
To build trust in the new normal, high-performing sales reps must become trusted advisors to their customers.
Therefore, sales leaders must connect reps with the insights they need. This will help sales reps anticipate customer needs and build consultative relationships.
For example, according to Salesforce's ASEAN Sales Trends report, more than 90% of high-performing ASEAN sales representatives monitor customer purchase history, customer communication history, and competitor activity at least weekly.
