What is the mission of a Social Economic Committee (CSE)? The members of a CSE have the mission of ensuring the collective expression of employees. We often think that part of this work consists of presenting to the employer the collective and individual demands or complaints of employees, but also of interns. But it's not limited to that. The role of the CSE is also to promote collective expression on subjects such as management and the economic and financial development of the company. Certain claims may relate to: to the salary , the proper application of the Labor Code or legal provisions (agreements, social protection, etc. ).
The CSE is also responsible for promoting: Security, health, improving working conditions within the company. The Committee also ensures the prevention of sexual and moral harassment and discriminatoryTelemarketing Data List actions. It should be noted that despite the presence of a Social and Economic Committee in a company, employees retain their right to present their complaints or observations directly to the employer. Why is CSE training necessary? The effectiveness of the various missions of a CSE is based on effective work focused on the needs of employees . Exercising these missions to the best of their ability requires skills and methodology that are not always pre-existing among the actors. Hence the importance of following CSE training to understand the prerogatives of an elected official, as well as the limits of their power of action. CSE elected officials will be able to choose between two training courses:

the first is focused on health, safety and working conditions (identification of a conflict, a risk or serious danger, etc.) and the second is training economic. To be profitable and successful, these training modules must be planned, prepared and carried out with the assistance of approved organizations. What are the objectives of CSE training? Managing a CSE cannot be improvised . Indeed, the attributes of this staff representation body are very extensive. Consequently, CSE elected officials must be enriched with specific and operational knowledge and skills. CSE training therefore allows Committee members to familiarize themselves with economic concepts which will help them better understand the company and its mode of operation. Through this training, CSE elected officials are also equipped to know how to identify professional risks and anticipate them in order to streamline the relationship between employees and the employer.
